Wind4 is designed to be an SME experiential learning method.  That means, you learn Industry 4.0 methodology in your factory – practicing the art, not just hearing about it in a classroom.

 

There are many angles from which to look at Wind4, and candidly the number is growing for a good reason.  When we talk about Transformation via Participation, we really meant it.  You, the SME grow in knowledge, transform, as we work together.  But so, too, do we! 

 

The feedback we’ve gotten from the field has changed our understanding of what is important to convey … and continues to do so.
